Kestrl Club is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit if the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address.

My tracking status says "Delivered," but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Missing Packages
Sometimes carriers mark a package as "Delivered" 1–2 business days before its actual arrival, or they may leave it in a safe spot around your property. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Because our fulfillment team processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, we can only accommodate cancellations or changes (such as size, color, or address) within 2 hours of order placement. Once an order is processed by our warehouse, no modifications can be made.
