How should I care for my Kestrl Club garments?
Care Instructions
To preserve the premium texture and longevity of our fabrics, we recommend washing your garments inside out in cold water with like colors. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. Avoid bleaching or high-heat ironing directly on any branding details.
Will your cotton shirts shrink after washing?
Shrinkage & Care
Our premium heavy-weight cotton fabrics are pre-shrunk during the manufacturing process to minimize structural changes. However, high heat is the enemy of premium cotton. To prevent any minor shrinkage and keep the silhouette sharp, always wash in cold water and air dry or tumble dry on low.
Do the colors fade easily?

We use reactive dyeing techniques that lock the pigment deeply into the fabric fibers, ensuring high color fastness even after multiple washes. To maintain the original rich hue, we highly recommend washing your garments inside out and avoiding harsh detergents with optical brighteners.

We want you to love your essentials. We offer a [14-day / 30-day] return window from the date your package is delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective.
I received the wrong item or a defective product. What is the process?

We hold our quality control to the highest standards. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will make it right immediately.
- Eligibility: Replacement or refund guarantees apply strictly to manufacturing defects or shipping damages that are not caused by intentional damage, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

- Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new size or color.
Can I combine multiple orders to ship together?
Combining Orders
If you placed multiple orders within a short period and they haven't been processed by our warehouse yet, we will do our best to combine them. Please contact our support team immediately at [Support@kestrlclub.com] with all your order numbers. If any of the orders have already been dispatched, they will arrive in separate packages.
What should I do if my tracking number isnβt updating?
Tracking Issues
Don't worry, this is completely normal. Tracking links often take 24 to 48 hours to activate after the shipping label is printed as the logistics carrier scans the package into their sorting center. If your tracking status remains unchanged for more than 4 business days, please reach out to us and weβll check its status with the carrier.
